Some dishes I deliciously sampled and some were suggestions from the knowledgeable staff.

  • Seasoned Mushrooms with Cream Cheese and Crab (I couldn’t get enough of these. Definitely worth starting with if dining with another.)
  • Dungeness Crab Cake
  • Sweet and Spicy Spare Ribs with a Moroccan Flare (Spicy and taste bud awakening!)
  • New England Clam Chowder
  • Tomato and Bocconcini Salad (with olive oil, basil and balsamic syrup)
  • Miso Marinated Sable Fish (recommended by our server)
  • Rack of Lamb with Rosemary and Olives (Fell off the bone and was absolutely scrumptious.)
  • Arctic Char with a herb base (my partner enjoyed this as it was extremely savoury)
  • There is also a tasty small selection of pastas and pizzas to choose from such as the Seafood Linguine Carbonara and the Margherita Pizza.

Dessert Lover? Then Check these Out!

Although we didn’t get to try the dessert (we were trying to stick to a limited sugar menu selection) our server recommended the following. (Note: Our server was also very helpful in telling us about all dishes on the dinner menu that did not contain sugar, so don’t be afraid to ask!)

Seasons in the Park Vancouver Dessert

Sample dishes infused with mind bending chocolate, sorbet flavours and silky smooth vanilla.

  • Chocolate Cake
  • Trio of Sorbet
  • Sunburnt Lemon Pie
  • Vanilla Crème Brûlée
  • Pecan Pie
  • Cheesecake
  • Quick Tip: Don’t miss out on their speciality coffees and dessert wines as you taste the delectable desserts.
