fancy-mustardAt last report there were 54,183 homes in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley over the the $1-million assessment mark. No doubt, some have since fallen off the list because of declining market conditions.

 

$1-million homes by city:

  • Vancouver – 28,532
  • Langley Township – 1,344
  • Abbotsford – 278
  • West Vancouver – 10,679
  • Coquitlam – 715
  • Port Moody – 173
  • Surrey – 3,932
  • White Rock – 499
  • New Westminster – 69
  • North Vancouver District – 2,986
  • Delta – 417
  • Port Coquitlam – 55
  • Richmond – 1,910
  • North Vancouver City – 336
  • Chilliwack – 54
  • Burnaby – 1,886
  • Maple Ridge – 315
  • Langley City – 3

On top of that, Vancouver had 31 homes worth more than $10 million, followed by 23 in West Vancouver, and two each in Surrey and Richmond.
